Running shoes with a carbon fiber plate. The first running shoe with a carbon plate from Joma remains one of the stars of the R line for competition. This flying shoe model, approved by World Athletics, is intended for medium and long distances because they have more cushioning, something essential to withstand fatigue.
Upper made with very light and breathable technical mesh. The advanced VTS technology improves breathability and comfort, reducing heat buildup inside the shoes. They also incorporate the JOMA SPORTECH thermosealed adjustment system. The ergonomic collar achieves better adaptability.
The CARBON PLATE technology of the R-3000 provides exceptional performance by maximizing propulsion in each stride. Its rigid structure optimizes energy transfer, allowing for a faster and more efficient stride. This technology reduces muscle fatigue by reducing the effort required in each race, allowing runners to maintain their performance for longer.
FLY REACTIVE midsole with an 8mm drop. It is a lightweight material that provides impetus to the runner and absorbs impacts to soften the step.
DURABILITY rubber sole with good abrasion on asphalt, reinforced in areas with more ground contact.
